This policy explains what GBP Suite collects when you use our website, dashboard and Chrome extensions.

Information we collect

Account details: name, email address and a securely hashed password, or your Google account email if you sign in with Google.
Usage data: which tool you used, the action, and the number of credits consumed, so we can enforce plan limits.
Reports you choose to save to your dashboard, such as rank check results.
Technical data: IP address and browser details for security and abuse prevention.

What the extensions do

The extensions run in your browser and read pages you open (for example Google Maps or search results) only to perform the action you request. Results are kept on your device unless you choose to save them to your dashboard. We do not sell your data.

How we use information

To operate your account, apply credit limits, provide support, send account emails (such as password resets) and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, email delivery and Google services used for sign-in and maps, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your account and data at any time. Usage logs are kept as long as needed for billing and security.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and access tokens can be revoked by signing out. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
